The Synchro QS4 is currently being distributed by Lynton Laser in the UK. The system is a high powered, multi-wavelengths Q switch laser to be able to remove tattoos and pigmentation of most colours. The wavelengths available with the Deka QS4 laser are
You chose the wavelengths you require depending on what the colour is of the target structure. Quite often it will require the same target using multiple different wavelengths to remove it.
The laser energy is delivered via the articulated arm to the target structure. The laser energy is absorbed by the pigment or ink and this causes a photoacoustic even that breaks the large pigmented down into smaller ones to be able to be removed by the body's own immune system.

With a square spot size there is no overlapping of laser pulses when treating any given area. This means a square spot is safer due to the even distribution of the energy but it is also quicker as less shots are required. The Synchro QS4 ensures a perfect square spot beam profile.
Each spot also has its own focal lens that allows optimised energy delivery by maximising the treatment effectiveness.
Many clients will often use a cooling system alongside the Synchro for patient comfort and cooling of the skin
