PERMA EM MUSCLESCULPT is the latest technology EM (electro muscle) stimulation muscle toning/slimming machine from the Perma range of laser and aesthetic devices.
Using High intensity focused electro-magnetic (HIFEM) technology the PERMA EM MUSCLESCULPT induces supramaximal muscle contractions that are not achievable during exercise or voluntary contractions. During exercises or voluntary contractions the muscle fibres relax between each nervous stimuli. During EM sculpting the rapid frequency of the pulses does not allow this relaxation. The supramaximal contractions causes increased adrenaline which triggers lipolysis in fat cells. When muscles are exposed to PERMA EM MUSCLESCULPT pulses the muscle is forced to adapt, responding with a remodelling of its inner structure that results in muscle building and fat loss.

PERMA EM MUSCLESCULPT machine induces very strong supramaximal muscle contractions. When muscles are exposed to this intensity level of muscle contractions the muscles are forced to evolve. The muscles start remodelling their inner structure by multiplying fibres and the growth of fibres. HIFEM technology uses a specific range of frequency that does not allow the muscles to relax between contractions. The muscles stay contracted for the length of the pulse.
