The Cutera Excel V's offer both 1064nm wavelengths and 532nm wavelengths in one system.
The 532nm wavelength is highly absorbed and gold standard for a variety of superficial vascular lesions such as rosacea and diffuse redness.
The 1064 nm Nd:YAG wavelength increases the laser capabilities to include deeper vascular lesions including leg veins and venous malformations. The Nd:YAG is also used to perform Cutera’s signature Laser Genesis procedure.
