The perma CO2 is a fractional CO2 as well as the an ablative CO2 laser. A fractional CO2 takes the beam and fractures into tiny pulses of light. The tiny pulses penetrate the skin. The skin then repairs that damage replacing with new skin and addressing the concern. The heat from the treatment causes the existing collagen to tighten.
