All indemnity insurers and most of the local authorities will require evidence that all users of laser and light based systems have completed the
'Core of Knowledge' course.
As previously mentioned the requirement for any user using laser or light based systems will need the "core of knowledge" certification as outline in the UK
which has since been updated and reissued in September 2015
